FAE - Field Application Engineer
We are looking for energetic, creative and highly skilled application engineers in the fields of electronic components and modules.
Responsibility for all technical marketing activities with our customers throughout their product life cycle: Design-In, pre-sale/post-sale and production support. Working closely with our sales work team.
Our FAEs are a key role in providing our customers with the most appropriate solutions of our vast variety of product offerings.
Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the manufacturers we represent.
Responsibilities include technical knowledge of new coming products, competition analysis, learning and concluding of industry trends and directions and business acumen of both customers and solution suppliers.
Close cooperation with other FAEs in related fields is required to leverage the wide scale solutions at the company and creative system level offerings based on mutli-discipline is expected of all our FAE's.
The Day-to-Day work is composed of frequent customers' visits, engagements with suppliers' engineering functions, responding to customers inquiries and proactive exploration of professional material including attendance and participation in conferences, exhibitions.
Success is measured by a combination of design-in records, customers' satisfaction and contribution to the overall business development of the company.
